What services are provided through Wealth Management?

As a Wealth Management customer, a Bank of the West Private Client Advisor (PCA) will be your primary point of contact, charged with understanding your individual goals and priorities. Your PCA will recommend a cohesive plan designed to help you build, protect, and transfer your wealth. PCAs offer full financial portfolio management, but also provide you with solutions to help you manage business transitions, preserve and maintain your estate, and plan your retirement.

Does Bank of the West Wealth Management help with my personal or business philanthropy?

Our advisors work one-on-one with you to establish and cultivate the philanthropic giving plan that works best for you, your family and your business. Ask your Private Client Advisor to help you put the right strategy in place to give back to your community.

Does Wealth Management provide life insurance accounts or help me manage my life insurance?

As part of your advisory services, we’ll recommend specific long-term care and life insurance services as needed and help you manage these services over a lifelong relationship with Bank of the West.

Wealth Management Online

I forgot my Online Banking login information. What should I do?

If you are an Online Banking customer and you've forgotten your Username, contact Online Banking Customer Support at 1-800-488-2265, option 3. If you’ve forgotten your Password, visit the Password Reset page.

What is Portfolio Online?

Portfolio Online is an account management system especially for trust account holders. Your login and password for Portfolio Online works independent of your general Online Banking login information.

How do I enroll in Portfolio Online?

If you are a Wealth Management customer and have a trust account managed through Bank of the West, contact your Private Client Advisor to get help with creating a username and password. You can then use our Client Guide to learn how to access and use the various services offered through Portfolio Online.

Simply visit the Portfolio Online sign in page and click forgot your password on the left side.
