To ensure that you are eligible for our Online Guarantee, be sure to follow these guidelines:
Protect your User Name and Password. Safeguard this information and keep it to yourself. We advise you to create a Password that would be hard for others to guess and do not write it down. Review your account or bank statements and records and report any unauthorized activity promptly. Never leave your computer unattended during your online banking session and be sure to log out when you are finished. To ensure that you clear any cached copies of your online banking session always close your browser after you log out.
Never respond to email requests asking for your personal information, such as Social Security number or User Name or passwords. We will never request that information from you.
Use the latest personal computer anti-spyware, anti-virus, and firewall protection software to prevent theft of information from your computer.
If the requirements set forth above are not met, your liability for unauthorized electronic transfers will revert to the liability conditions provided in the Online Banking Service Agreement and/or the Deposit Account Disclosure for Personal Accounts, as applicable.
