To preserve our customer's trust and confidence, complete honesty and integrity is required in conducting our business. The Bank's Integrity Hotline is an independent, third-party reporting channel for reporting matters related to fraud or misconduct.
What to Report
If you have a concern that a matter is related to potential employee fraud or misconduct at the Bank, you should direct those matters to the Integrity Hotline by calling 1-866-921-6714. To access TTY, callers may dial the toll free number 1-888-843-0394.
What Not to Report
Customer complaints or matters related to your account should be directed to your banker, the branch manager, or Customer Service and NOT the Integrity Hotline. Customer Service may be contacted at 1-800-488-2265, TTY 1-866-659-5495. Potential fraud perpetrated on customers should be reported to Customer Service at the number above or through the Bank’s firstname.lastname@example.org mailbox.
Confidentiality and Anti-Retaliation
The Integrity Hotline is a confidential reporting channel, and you do not need to disclose your identity unless you wish to do so. The Bank takes Integrity Hotline matters very seriously, and does not engage in retaliation against individuals reporting matters in good faith.
