Suspicious Requests for Personal Information

If you receive emails, calls, or texts, that appear to be from Bank of the West asking you to provide personal or account information, do not click on any links, do not call any numbers provided, and do not provide the information. These are likely fraudulent messages. It is always best to not respond and to contact us via channels you trust.

Please report these requests immediately to, and delete the correspondence.
