Text banking is a convenient way to track your accounts because you can get text messages nearly anywhere in the world.

Text Banking Commands

You can send a text command to BKWST (25978) to view your account balances, view most recent transactions, find a nearby ATM or branch, or get help.

You'll automatically receive fraud alerts that warn you when we identify potential suspicious activity on your debit card account.

Set Up Text Banking

From Your Android™ or iPhone® App

Go to the “More” menu in the app and select “Register for Text Banking” to get started.

If You Don’t Have Our App

  • Step 1  Sign in to Online Banking and select the "Services & Support" tab.
  • Step 2  Select the "View Mobile Settings" link from the Mobile Banking section. If you're
    already enrolled in Mobile Banking, the link will say "Mobile Banking Settings".
  • Step 3  Click the "Add New Mobile Phone" button.
  • Step 4  Select the Text Banking checkbox and then click "Continue".
  • Step 5  Enter your mobile phone number and then click "Continue".
  • Step 6  On your mobile phone, you'll receive a text containing your activation code.
  • Step 7  Enter the activation code into the activation field and click "Activate".

Customers enrolled in Online Banking can enjoy the convenient options and features of Mobile Banking.

Wireless carriers may charge fees for text transmissions or data usage. Message frequency depends on account settings.

Requires mobile phone with text messaging capabilities. Mobile Banking requires an internet-ready phone and is supported on Apple iPhone devices with iOS 4.3 and greater and on Android mobile devices with OS 4.1 and greater.
