I forgot my Username / Password. What should I do?

If you’re an Online Banking customer and you've forgotten your Password, enter your Username on the Bank of the West homepage and click Sign In. When you come to the page asking for your Password, click on the Forgot Your Password link. You’ll be prompted to give your Username and the email address you used to register for Online Banking.

If you've forgotten your Username or need more assistance, call General Business Services at 1-800-488-2265, option 3.

If you’ve ordered checks within the past 24 months, and have your check reorder form and the start number for your next sequence of checks (found on your reorder form), you can order more checks online. You can also order checks through the Harland Clarke Business Center at 1-877-275-4427, Monday through Friday, 4a.m.—7p.m. Pacific Time, and Sat, 4a.m.—4p.m. Pacific Time. Experts are on-hand to make sure you have the right checks and accessories to meet your business needs. You may also call or visit your local branch.
