Protecting your credit card account and personal information is very important to us. Rest assured that we are actively monitoring our customers' accounts for suspicious activity and will notify you if needed. There are several things you can do to protect your card from fraudulent use:
- Take advantage of the photo ID option on your card
- Review your monthly statements and report any unauthorized use immediately
Although we will be continually monitoring your account, if an instance of unauthorized use does occur, you can feel confident that you will have zero liability for unauthorized use as long as it is reported promptly.
Call Customer Service immediately at (800) 996-2638 and report your card lost or stolen. For your protection, your account will be blocked and a new card will be issued.
