We encourage your participation, but also want to help keep you safe and keep our conversations on track. Please keep the following in mind:

Account Help: If you have questions or need assistance with your account, your local branch or our Customer Service team is the best place to start. To help protect your privacy and the privacy of others, please do not include personally identifiable information such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, phone numbers or e-mail addresses in any comment or post. We will never ask you to provide this type of info through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs or any other type of public channel.

Private or Confidential Information: With respect to content collected through our social media channels, we follow the applicable privacy policies of the third-party hosts of our social media channels. Please note that these third parties have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies that you should be aware of.

Spam: Content posted for the purpose of driving traffic to a particular website for personal or monetary gain is not appropriate and will be deleted.

Communication: We welcome your opinion and encourage communication on our social media channels, but we ask that you refrain from offensive language, personal attacks, or being disrespectful of others. Based on this guideline, and at our discretion, any content that is determined to be unsuitable may be moderated and/or users may be banned or blocked from participating on our social media channels.
