Small Business and Middle Market Banking Clients Recognized the Bank and its Treasury Management Solutions for Excellence in Areas including Likelihood to Recommend and Overall Satisfaction

Bank of the West's small business and middle market businesses have been favorably recognized by its banking clients who voted in the 2015 Greenwich Excellence Awards. The Bank won “Likelihood to Recommend” in both the Small Business and the Middle Market divisions, as well as “Overall Satisfaction” in Middle Market, for the services it provided to clients nationwide in 2014. Greenwich Excellence Awards are given to banks that received a statistically significant proportion of “Excellent” ratings in each area assessed by Greenwich. The ratings are gathered via qualitative metrics that Greenwich Associates compiles based on client responses.

“When working with our clients, we always seek to provide superior service and it’s an honor to be recognized for this service through the Greenwich Excellence awards,” said Mark Glasky, National Banking Division Manager and Executive Vice President. “To be recognized by our clients for our principled approach to banking demonstrates that we are providing services of value.”

Michelle Di Gangi, executive vice president and head of the bank’s Small and Medium Enterprise Banking Division, added, “Our community-oriented approach to banking offers many opportunities for our small business clients to grow. This recognition demonstrates that our clients appreciate and value the services which we offer and the steps we take to ensure their well-being at every stage of their business development.”
