Bank of the West’s Wealth Management Group Adds New Executives to Lead Expanding Teams in Northern California

Bank of the West Wealth Management Group today announced that it has recruited three new Market Leaders to support its growing business in Northern California & the Northwest driven by strong client demand in the region. Whitney Rohrer is market leader for San Francisco; Neil O’Keeffe is market leader for Palo Alto; and Chuck Wong is market leader for San Jose. Reporting to Cheryl Farley, regional manager, the new market leaders are responsible for leading teams in the delivery of private client services to affluent and high-net-worth individuals.

Rohrer has held multiple positions at other major financial institutions, most recently serving as an affluent segment leader. Rohrer began her career in financial services as a financial advisor in 2005. She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Italian from Georgetown University. She also attended Universita Bocconi in Milan, Italy where she studied International Business.
O’Keeffe has more than a decade of wealth management experience during which he has assisted families, business owners and foundations to meet their personal and financial objectives. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, both from the University of Illinois. O’Keeffe earned the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation from the College of Financial Planning.
Wong has more than 12 years of management experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as vice president, market sales manager at a major U.S. banking firm. Prior to that, he was a vice president at a global bank. Wong received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
