Eric Eisenberg

Eric Eisenberg Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources

Eric Eisenberg serves as the Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources for Bank of the West. He is a member of the Bank’s Executive Management Committee.

Eric has nearly three decades of experience in the finance/banking industry. Prior to his current role, he managed Transaction and Contact Center Services for Bank of the West. Eric began his career at Bank of America, where he worked for nearly 20 years in both Northern and Southern California. Eric later joined Fleet Bank as Senior Vice President of Item Processing Operations. Prior to joining Bank of the West he was the Vice President, North American Business Process Outsourcing for Unisys. 

Eric received his Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine.

He currently serves as the Board Chair of the YMCA of the Central Bay Area and volunteers at Women Unlimited, a mentoring program for high potential women executives.

He lives in Walnut Creek with his wife Karen.
