Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test
Bank of the West is required to conduct bank-run stress tests in accordance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's regulations and guidance under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The stress tests are designed to help assess capital adequacy levels during hypothetical severely adverse economic conditions.
